Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Dr. Cinats pursued her academic journey with vigour, earning First Class Honours from Dalhousie University in a combined Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biology. Her dedication to the field of dermatology was further exemplified at the University of Calgary where she completed her medical school and Dermatology residency.
Beyond our Canadian borders, Dr. Cinats served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University on the East Coast of the United States. Her dedication to imparting knowledge and expertise earned her an outstanding teaching award in medical student education—a testament to her proficiency and commitment.
Now, returning to Vancouver, Dr. Cinats brings with her a comprehensive skill set in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her range of expertise, spanning from skin cancer, psoriasis, and eczema to niche specialties such as pediatric dermatology and autoimmune diseases, will undoubtedly enhance our clinic’s offerings.
We are privileged to have Dr. Cinats rejoin the Vancouver community and more specifically, become a pivotal part of Rejuvenation Dermatology Coal Harbour. Her return not only signifies a professional homecoming but also a personal one, as she reunites with her family and the picturesque Vancouver landscapes.
