Biography
Dr. Martinka is a Canadian board-certified Dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He graduated medical school from the University of British Columbia and then completed his 5-year Dermatology residency at the University of Calgary where he served as the Chief Resident.
He has a special interest in pigmented skin lesions, melanoma and other forms of skin cancer. His enthusiasm in this area lead him to be an accomplished academic, spearheading research and publishing in numerous international peer-reviewed scientific journals and textbooks.
