Dr. Isaac is a highly experienced Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon who holds esteemed positions as an Assistant Professor and the Chair of Breast Reconstruction at the University of British Columbia, with affiliations at Vancouver Coastal Health & Providence Health Care. Dr. Isaac completed her specialized medical training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at distinguished institutions across North America, including the University of Toronto, University of Manitoba, and Harvard University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Harvard and has subspecialized training in microsurgery and craniofacial surgery. She has significantly contributed to Vancouver, lending her expertise to VCH and PHC.
