Dr. Isabelle Vallerand is a board-certified dermatologist, award-winning scientist and innovator, and certified makeup artist, giving her a unique ability to combine evidence-based care with state-of-the-art technology and aesthetics. Her educational background spans 18 years, including an MD, a PhD in Epidemiology with expertise in big data science and artificial intelligence, and Dermatology residency training from the University of Calgary. Recognized with prestigious awards from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and Alberta Innovates, Dr. Vallerand's research on acne, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, and the mind-body connection has gained global recognition. She has been featured in renowned publications and prominent media outlets including the New York Times, Vogue, Glamour, and TIME Magazine, highlighting her advancements in skin science. As a patch-testing dermatologist and certified makeup artist, Dr. Vallerand combines her passion for skincare and beauty with her clinical expertise, translating her skills into ensuring cosmetic safety for her patients. Her unique training enables her to deliver personalized and evidence-based treatments, including medical, injectable, laser, and other cosmetic treatments, while promoting optimal outcomes for her patients. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Vallerand serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of All Skin Inc., a skincare technology platform. Through All Skin, she has developed a free personalized and data-driven skincare recommender app that ensures the right skincare products are matched to an individual’s specific needs and skincare goals.
