Dr. Misha Zarbafian is a board-certified dermatologist with proficiency in medical, cosmetic, and procedural dermatology. He discovered and refined his interest in both the clinical and research aspects of medicine through majoring in Pharmacology at the University of British Columbia. He was later granted early admission to medical school at UBC prior to completing his undergraduate studies. During his 5 years of residency training in Dermatology at UBC, he was named Chief Resident and published numerous research manuscripts in high-ranking dermatology journals such as Dermatologic Surgery. He has received multiple awards to support presentation of his research at international dermatology conferences, including the BC Lupus Society Research Travel Award. Dr. Zarbafian’s clinical interests include medical dermatology as well as body contouring, laser treatments, neuromodulators, soft tissue augmentation, and other cosmetic procedures. He is active in the dermatology community through research and educational pursuits.
